Suminagashi is a traditional Japanese 12th-century art form.

Beyond art, suminagashi is a meditation practice in mastering the art of letting go.

We discuss our connection to nature and the Japanese concept of Wabi Sabi,
being present and appreciating the beauty of impermanence and fleeting moments.
