How do I book with Host?
It’s simple — schedule a planning conversation with one of our Event Coordinators via the online scheduler or email hello@hostevents.com. If you prefer a phone call, reach us at 855.967.HOST (4678). During this call, we’ll review your goals and outline the right event approach and next steps.
Do you have videos of past events?
For confidentiality and guest privacy reasons, we don’t share full recordings of past events. We encourage you to read our Google Reviews.
How Long are the events?
Virtual experiences typically run 60–75 minutes unless noted otherwise. In-person events vary by format — from one-hour sessions to half- or full-day programs — depending on your goals and schedule.
What happens after I book my event?
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email and be connected with your dedicated event coordinator.
They will guide you through the planning process — from timelines and logistics to guest communications and execution — and keep you informed every step of the way.
Can my DIGItaL COLLATERAL & rsvp landing page be customized?
Yes — just let us know what you’d like customized! We recommend using the customized form we provide, especially when deliveries are involved, since it ensures we capture all necessary information and maintain a smooth guest experience.
What happens when my guests RSVP to host?
When guests RSVP through our system, they receive a confirmation email with all event details and the option to add the event to their calendars. We also send reminders and updates leading up to the event to drive attendance.
Can I see who has registered?
Yes — you’ll receive daily summary emails showing new registrants. If you need deeper reporting (e.g., by source or marketing channel), talk to your coordinator about our tracking and reporting options.
Do I have to use your RSVP form, or can I manage my own?
No, you don’t — but we strongly recommend it. Using our RSVP system helps ensure accurate guest information, especially for experiences with deliveries or multi-format communication.
what virtual platform is used?
Zoom is our preferred and trusted platform for virtual events. We handle all technical logistics, so your team doesn’t have to.
Can you “hold” a date/time for me?
Due to demand, we can’t hold dates without a confirmed booking. We recommend scheduling your planning conversation as early as possible to secure your ideal timeframe.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy varies based on event type, timing, and whether deliveries or custom items are involved.
Virtual events
100% refund with 14+ days’ notice (less processing fees)
50% refund with under 14 days’ notice (less processing fees)
Refunds are not available within 72 hours of the event
Rescheduling within 72 hours: $200 fee
Rescheduling during peak dates (11/1–1/10): $350 fee
Delivered kits and branded items become non-refundable once ordered or shipped
In-person events
100% refund with 30+ days’ notice (less fees and custom items)
50% refund with 21 days’ notice
Refunds are not available within 21 days of the event
Rescheduling within two weeks of the event incurs a 50% reschedule fee
Food, beverage, and custom items become non-refundable once ordered
