HOW IT WORKS

    Event Overview

    The event unfolds in three exciting phases:

    Phase 1 – let the fun begin: Your team is split into groups and introduced to the School Scramble app.

    Phase 2 – the scramble: Complete challenges like word puzzles, pencil tricks, and creative team games to earn school supplies.

    Phase 3 – backpack pack: Each team assembles the Ultimate Backpack donation. We handle the donation logistics post-event.

    Best venue: Indoors

    Available throughout North America

    4–6 week lead time recommended

    Required from you: Venue for your activity + preferred charity to receive your donation

  • We have event coordinators located across North America who can come directly to you—whether it’s your office, a venue of your choice, a meeting space, or a unique location that best suits your needs. We’re flexible and ready to make your event seamless, no matter the location!
