HOW IT WORKS

    Event Overview

    Your mission unfolds in three distinct phases:

    Phase 1 – basic training: Teams are formed and dive into a series of military-inspired challenges to earn care package supplies.

    Phase 2 – deployment: Using their earned items, teams build, decorate, and personalize care packages for troops abroad.

    Phase 3 – call to action: Teams can share stories, dedications, or personal military connections. We handle all shipping and donations.

    Duration: 2–3 hours

    Group size: 10–2,000+

    Best venue: Indoors

    Available throughout the U.S.

    4–6 week lead time recommended

    Required from you: Venue for your activity + tables and chairs

  • We include a mix of comfort items, snacks, hygiene products, and handwritten notes. All materials are provided and packed in themed kits.

  • Yes! Teams can decorate boxes and include custom messages, stories, or photos to make each package more meaningful.

  • Not at all. The activities are fun, team-focused, and designed to be accessible for everyone.

  • Packages are shipped to active-duty service members abroad through vetted nonprofit partners. HOST handles all logistics.

  • We recommend a 2–4 week lead time for most events. For November and December dates, a 4–6 week lead time is strongly advised due to high demand.
